Joe and the Ocean Block team are exactly the kind of buyers you want on your deals. As a NNN broker, I’m constantly vetting groups on behalf of my sellers and OBC has been one of the easier calls to make. They’re quick on the LOI, straightforward through due diligence, and there’s no drama at the closing table. They do what they say they’re going to do, which honestly isn’t as common as it should be. Already looking to bring them more deals.
