We are pleased to announce the acquisition of the Santander Bank & Boston Pizza Co. multi-tenant asset located at 69 Washington St in Norwell, MA. Situated in the greater Boston MSA, this acquisition further expands our footprint in the New England region. This asset is equipped with a drive-thru, has a synergistic tenant mix, and has prime frontage on highly trafficked Route 53. Multi-tenant assets account for 25% of our existing portfolio and we look forward to further growing our allocation to that sector.
