We are pleased to announce the acquisition of the SiteOne Landscape Supply facility located at 6500 Elvas Avenue in Sacramento, CA. As one of the few SiteOne locations in the area, it is uniquely situated next to the California State University campus, allowing this facility to service downtown Sacramento, as well as the surrounding residential markets. With this acquisition, we remain focused on purchasing industrial assets in diverse, densely populated markets like Sacramento. This is our sixth acquisition in the state of California in the past 6 months, as we continue to expand our footprint on the West Coast.
